Cheetah Chrome’s Punk Rock Journey

According to Variety, Cheetah Chrome was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and later resided in Nashville. His professional musical career began in 1974 when he became guitarist for Rocket from the Tombs. He later formed Frankenstein with Stiv Bators and Johnny Blitz. The group eventually became the Dead Boys.

Dead Boys albums and plans for 2027

Dead Boys released their debut studio album, ‘Young, Loud and Snotty,’ in 1977. Their second album, ‘We Have Come for Your Children,’ followed in 1978. The group broke up in 1979 after releasing the two albums. The Dead Boys later reunited for several live performances, but did not release another studio album.The band had also been preparing to commemorate the 50th anniversary of their debut album. As part of the plans, Dead Boys planned to go on the ‘Young, Loud and Snotty’ tour in 2027.
