Amitabh Bachchan has reportedly rented three floors of a commercial building in Mumbai’s Andheri West. A nutrition brand has acquired the premises through a five-year agreement. According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, the deal involves three upper floors of the Signature building on Link Road in Oshiwara. The lease began August 15, 2026. The combined carpet area of ​​all three floors is approximately 8,428 square feet. The deal gives the tenant access to a sizeable commercial space in one of Mumbai’s prominent areas. The license and license agreement was registered on August 7, 2026. The transaction adds to Amitabh Bachchan’s association with the high-value real estate market in Mumbai.

Amitabh Bachchan to earn Rs 33 lakh every month

The nutrition brand will reportedly pay Rs 33 lakh as monthly rent for the rented premises. Based on the total carpet area, the rental rate works out to almost Rs 392 per sq ft per month. The five-year deal could generate approximately Rs 21.88 crore in total rent. The agreement also includes a provision for an annual increase in the rental amount. According to the documents, the rent will increase 5% each year during the lease period. This escalation clause will increase the monthly payment over the life of the agreement.

The lease includes nine parking spaces.

The agreement also provides the tenant with exclusive access to nine designated parking spaces within the building. The nutrition brand reportedly paid Rs 1.98 crore as security deposit as part of the deal. The deposit constitutes another important component of the commercial transaction. The rented premises are distributed over three floors of the Signature building. Their combined square footage offers the tenant considerable space for their business operations. The Andheri West location is another notable aspect of the deal. The area has a mix of commercial developments, offices and residential properties, making it an active real estate market in Mumbai.
